Introduction
Welcome to our Terms & Conditions Seva Payment portal. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for making donations or payments for Seva through our platform.
By accessing this website, clicking "I agree to the terms and conditions" and making a payment, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with the payment.
Definitions
- "Seva" refers to religious services, rituals, offered by the temple/organization.
- "Donor" means the individual making the payment for Seva.
- "Temple/Organization" refers to the religious institution receiving the Seva payment.
- "Platform" means this website.
Payment Terms
1. Payment Methods
We accept payments through UPI on Online Seva Booking. For Payment from Cash, you have to visit Temple Office.
2. Payment Confirmation & Seva Confirmation
Your Seva will be considered confirmed only when your Payment is Confirmed by Us. You will receive Seva Receipt to your Whatsapp or Gmail if your Payment is confirmed within 1 day.
3. Seva Cancellation
If we haven't recieved the Payment of your Online Seva Booking through our Website, the Seva Booking will be Cancelled. You will not recieve the Seva Reciept if we haven't recieved your payment of your seva booking through our website, it will be considered as cancelled. You will receive the message about the Cancelleation of your Seva through Whatsapp or Gmail.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. General Policy
Seva payments are generally non-refundable as they are considered religious offerings. However, exceptions may be made in certain cases at the discretion of the temple.
2. Cancellation Requests
Cancellation requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled Seva date. Please contact our Temple Office with your payment reference number and Booking ID.
3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 3-10 working days through the original payment method. Bank charges, if any, will be deducted from the refund amount.
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. All payment details are processed through secure payment UPI Scanner.
Your personal information will only be used for the purpose of processing your Seva request and communicating with you about the same. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
Limitation of Liability
The temple/organization shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:
- Any errors or inaccuracies in the Seva description
- Any errors or inaccuracies in your Payments
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our website
- Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful components that may be transmitted through our platform
General Terms
1. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City/State].

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on our website with the effective date.
3. Severability
